Sara Tonin was boat house kept by the previous owners and was purchased by the current (3rd) owners in . She has recently been hauled for fresh antifouling paint and zinc replacement, and the engine was serviced this summer. Extensive renovation work was completed on the deck and housing earlier this year and in a bowthruster was installed. The owners purchased the boat in and had a full survey conducted at the time. All the recommendation that came out of the survey were subsequently addressed. This survey will be available to read at viewings.
